高压开关柜绝缘性能检测与故障诊断技术研究 被引量:36

摘要 目前国内诊断开关柜的绝缘状况主要还是运用预防性局部放电试验,需要停电进行,由于预防性试验周期间隔可能较长,很难发现在两次预防性试验间隔之间发展起来的绝缘缺陷。介绍一种新型的高压开关柜绝缘性能检测与故障诊断技术,包括基于超声波和TEV检测方法的原理,应用这两种方法都可以在线检测绝缘性能,为电力设备的状态检修工作提供丰富的数据依据,全面保障高压开关柜的安全运行。 Partial discharge test is the main way in the HV switchgear insulation diagnosis currently,but the preventive test interval is too long,and it's hard to find the faults outside the test cycle,as well as the power shutoff is still necessary. This article introduces a new technique for HV switchgear insulating property detec-tion and fault diagnosis,Including the theory about the ultrasonic and TEV detect method and data analysis. Both methods above can be done at on-line testing to provide a rich data basis for Predictive Diagnostic Main-tenance of power companies and fully protect the safe operation of high voltage switchgear.
