摘要
结合虚拟仪器技术和电磁控制技术,以转子为研究对象,对转子的轴心轨迹进行采集、分析完成后,通过对转子进行电磁控制并加上相应的PID算法,调整主轴的偏心,并在此基础上开发了基于LabVIEW的转子偏转修正的电磁控制系统,实现了实时转子轴心轨迹的数据采集、信号分析处理、PID控制和电磁控制等功能,为大型旋转机械的在线监测控制系统的开发提供技术参考.
Based on virtual instrument technology and electromagnetic control technology,the rotor is studied in this paper.After completing the data acquisition and the analysis of the axis locus of the rotor,the eccentric spindle is adjusted while controlling the electromagnetic and adding the corresponding PID algorithm.The electromagnetic control system of the rotor deflection is developed based on LabVIEW.The system includes data acquisition,signal analysis processing,PID control,and electromagnetic control and the real-time axis locus of the rotor.This research completes the work of the rotor experimental stage,which provides a certain amount of research and technical reference for large-scale online monitoring of rotating machinery control systems.
