摘要 鉴于国际船级社协会(International Association of Classification Societies,IACS)2006年推出的散货船、双壳油船共同结构规范CSR-BC/OT的复杂性,为减小用人工方法施加载荷、处理结果和扣除腐蚀等的工作量,降低出错率,中国船级社(China Classification Society,CCS)开发出有限元直接计算软件CSR-DSA.该软件以MSC Patran为平台,并使用PCL开发实现自动扣除腐蚀,施加载荷,校核屈服、屈曲、疲劳和细化网格等功能,覆盖CSR-BC/OT的大部分直接强度分析要求.CSR-DSA已得到广泛应用,很大程度上解决该规范带来的工作量大和计算易出错等问题,可以大大缩短船舶设计和审图的工作周期、提高计算准确性. As to the complexity of CSR-BC/OT proposed for the design of bulk carrier and double hull oil tanker by International Association of Classification Societies (IACS) in 2006, China Classification Society(CCS) developed a direct finite element computation software CSR-DSA to reduce the workload and error rate of manually applying load, processing results and deducting corrosion, and so on. MSC Patran and PCL are used to implement the functions such as corrosion deduction, load applying, check of yielding, buckling and fatigue, mesh refreshment, and so on. These functions can meet most of the direct strength analysis requirements of CSR-BC/OT. The wide application of CSR-DSA indicates that it can solve the problems brought by the rules such as heavy workload and being easy to make mistake to a large extent, and shorten the cycle of ship design and drawing inspecting and improve calculation accuracy.
