摘要
本文是对现代人力资源培训及教学中所涉及的建构主义理论的一次系统性的总结。首先归纳了建构主义的主要观点及其共同主张,然后对建构主义的流派进行了总结,并对认知建构主义与社会建构主义两个主要流派进行了阐述并相互比较。
This paper makes systematic summarization for constructivism theory involved in contemporary HR training and teaching. First of all, the main viewpoints and mutual opinions of constructivism are generalized. Then, the genres of constructivism are summarized and the Cognition Constructivism and the Social Constructivism are compared.
