摘要
为了减轻提升系统压力,降低生产成本、矿石贫化率和损失率,在分析板溪锑矿矿床地质特征及开采技术条件的基础上,充分利用掘进废碴作为充填材料;并在落矿作业前铺设一层废旧皮带以防止崩落矿石混入充填料中而造成金属损失,在1615采场进行了上向分层废石充填采矿现场试验.试验结果表明,劳动强度显著降低,采场生产能力达43.9t/d,采矿损失率和贫化率分别为6%和48%,节约采矿成本31.8万元;较好地解决了板溪锑矿高品位、急倾斜极薄矿体的开采难题.
