摘要
分析了某引进三井巴布科克能源公司技术生产的600 MW超临界锅炉低NOx轴向旋流燃烧器(LNASB)的结构特点。通过对采用该技术的某电厂#1锅炉进行变氧量、变一次风速、变二、三次风比例、变同层燃烧器二、三次风总风量和二次风旋流强度等试验,研究了LNASB型旋流燃烧器锅炉运行特性,找出了一条防止该型锅炉结渣的有效途径,同时也使该电厂#1锅炉一减前的一次汽汽温偏差问题得到改善。
The structure characteristics of Low NOx Axial Swirl Burners(LNASB),a 600MW super critical boiler technology from Mitsui Babcock energy Co.are analyzed.Several tests on No.1 boiler in a Power Plant are carried out by changing oxygen content,primary air velocity,ration between secondary air and tertiary air,total secondary air distribution in one row burners and swirl strength.On the basis of the combustion adjustment tests,the operation characteristics of the LNASB boiler are learned and a useful method about slag prevention are found,at the same time the primary steam temperature deviation in front of the first attemperator of No.1 boiler are bettered in the Power Plant.
