摘要
介绍了CC-20D催化剂在大林炼油厂重油催化裂化装置的成功应用情况。考察了原料油油品对CC-20D催化剂催化性能的影响。实验表明,在原料油比重指数(API度)下降,重金属和残炭含量增加的情况下,不改变操作条件,CC-20D催化重油裂化反应的转化率仍可达77.1%,汽油产率维持在49.0%以上。结果表明,CC-20D催化剂具有良好的催化活性、产品选择性和稳定性。
Catalyst CC-20D for fluid catalytic cracking(FCC)was applied successfully in Chinese Petroleum Corporation-Ta Lin Refinery.The effect of the feed oil quality on the performance of catalyst CC-20D was discussed in catalytic cracking reaction.It was indicated by the calibration results of its commercial application that when°API was decreased,and contents of heavy metals and carbon residue were increased,the total liquid yield still reached above 77.1%,and gasoline yield remained more than 49%.It was revealed that catalyst CC-20D exhibited high activity,good selectivity and stability.
