摘要
目的探讨MMP-13在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测70例NSCLC组织标本及30例癌旁正常肺组织标本MMP-13的表达。结果MMP-13在70例NSCLC组织中的阳性表达率为72.9%,在30例癌旁正常肺组织中的阳性表达率为0。在NSCLC组织中MMP-13表达与TNM分期、病理分级、淋巴结转移具有相关性(P<0.01)。结论MMP-13的表达与NSCLC的进展和转移有关,可作为判断NSCLC恶性程度和预后的指标。
Objective To study the clinical significance of the expression of MMP-13 in non small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）.Methods Using immunohistochemistry S-P method,MMP-13 was detected in the 70 cases of NSCLC and the 30 cases of normal lung tissue close to cancer.Results The positive expression rate of MMP-13 was 72.9% in the 70 cases of NSCLC,and 0 in the 30 cases of normal lung cancer.The expression of MMP-13 was associated with TNM stage,lymph node metastasis,the degree of histological differentiation（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The expression of MMP-13 are closely correlated with the progression and metastasis of NSCLC,MMP-13 could be used as a marker which can diagnose the malignant degree and prognosis of NSCLC.
