摘要
水稻是世界的主要粮食作物之一,尤其在我国粮食安全中占有非常重要的地位,然而,水稻生产受到越来越多的不利因素的限制,要保证持续的水稻高产稳产必须进行品种改良,单一的常规育种手段难以适应社会发展的需要,转基因技术突破了水稻传统育种的限制,为保障我国的粮食安全提供了新的途径。因此,转基因水稻的发展及其安全性倍受关注。本文总结了获得转基因水稻的技术方法,概述了转基因水稻的国内外研究进展,并对其安全性进行了展望。
Rice is one of the most important crops in the world. When traditional rice breeding can not meet the requirement of grain increase due to the influence of unfavorable factors, transgenie rice technique is an effective method to break through the limits of conventional breeding and to guarantee food security. In this article, the researeh advance of transgenic rice around the world is introduced, and the safety of transgenic rice is prospected.
