摘要
探讨了利用软件接口对实际的机电液一体化系统建模并进行多领域协同仿真的方法。以货车自动倾卸装置为研究对象,在ADAMS,AMESim,MATLAB/Simulink 等软件中分别建立机械多刚体系统、液压系统、控制系统仿真模型。通过软件之间的接口将机械多体系统模型、液压系统模型导入 MATLAB/Simulink 中,以 MATLAB/Simulink 为主仿真环境进行协同仿真。仿真结果对实际产品的研发具有一定的指导意义。
The methods of modeling and collaborative simulation of actual hydromechatronics system in multiple-domain based on software interfaces were addressed. The dumping device on truck was taken as an example, and its mechanical multi-body system, hydraulic system, control system were modeled in ADAMS, AMESim, MATLAB/Simulink separately. Then use these software interfaces to export the mechanical multi-body system and hydraulic system to MATLAB/Simulink, and start the collaborative simulation taking the MATLAB/Simuliuk as the main simulation environment. The simulation result has a certain guiding significance for the researching and development of actual products.
