蓄电池内阻在线巡检与谱分析仪的设计 被引量:7

摘要 通过检测蓄电池内阻可以确定其容量,以便保证蓄电池功能可靠。为此,设计了四线交流注入的蓄电池内阻检测仪。为了抑制噪声干扰,提高仪器的可扩展性,在LabVIEW平台上,基于快速傅里叶变换,设计了信号幅度谱和相位谱分析仪。通过蓄电池内阻变化,能够及时发现失效电池。 Based on testing of battery internal resistance to measure the capacity, the method to guarantee the reliable of battery. A new designing based on the inner resistance of storage battery is proposed. For restraining of electromagnetic interference and improving reliability of instrument,based on the LabVIEW platform and fast Fourier transform (FFT) the instrument of amplitude spectrum and phase spectrum is design. Testing the internal resistance can real-time discovering trouble battery.
