摘要
中国卫生事业性质是以公益性为中心,以福利性和生产性为两个基本点的结构化性质体系。新医改政策中"一个目标、四大体系、八项支撑"体现我国卫生事业结构化性质体系。我国卫生事业的性质体系要实现全过程体现与多性质互动两大问题。
Health undertaking in China is the system of nature structure which takes public benefit as the center,welfare and productbility as the two basic points.＂One goal,four major systems and eight supports＂ covered in the policies of new medical reform embodies the system of nature structure in China＇s health undertakings.The nature system in China shall realize the two problems：expression the whole process and the interactions of more characteristics.
