摘要
以环己酮和30%H_2O2为反应物,钨酸钠为催化剂,采用对甲苯磺酸为配体催化合成了己二酸。考察了反应原料用量、催化剂用量、配体用量、反应时间及催化剂重复使用性等因素对产物收率的影响,确定了适宜反应条件:n(环己酮):n(H2O2):n(钨酸钠):n(对甲苯磺酸)=1:4.45:0.02:0.025,反应6h,己二酸收率达71.2%。
Cyclohexanone and 30%H2O2 have reacted to form adipic acid by using Na2WO4·2H2O as the catalyst and p-toluene sulphonic acid as the ligand.Main effects were investigated such as the quantity of cyclohexanone and 30%H_2O_2,the quantity of catalyst and p-toluene sulphonic acid.It was found the yield could reach 71.2%when refluxing 6h.The mole ratio of cyclohexanone: H2O2:sodium tungstate:p-toluene sulphonic acid=1:4.45:0.02:0.025.When the catalyst and the ligand were reused its yield was 69.5%.
