摘要
近年来,国内外许多专家学者在仙人掌多糖的分离纯化、成分鉴定、药用功能及市场前景等方面进行了大量的研究,并取得了较大进展。本文对仙人掌多糖的分离提取、多糖组成、多糖的功效、多糖的结构分析及目前存在的技术难点等方面的研究进展进行了综述。研究显示,仙人掌多糖可能由鼠李糖、果糖、半乳糖、木糖、阿拉伯糖、甘露糖及糖醛酸等聚合而成。糖苷键主要有(1→2),(1→3),(1→4)及(1→6)等形式。仙人掌多糖功效研究显示:具有良好的抗癌、抗氧化及抗衰老、降血糖、增强免疫力等活性。目前仙人掌多糖研究方面存在的技术难点有:提取方法多采用传统的水提醇沉法,多糖提取得率低,纯度不高,原料浪费严重,并影响到后续对多糖的结构分析和功效鉴定。
The polysaccharides of cactus cladode have been confirmed to possess diverse biological activities,such as age-retarding,anti-inflammation,anti-cancer and hypoglycemic activity.In this paper,the extraction,purification,structure and bioactivity of polysaccharides from cactus cladode were reviewed.The polysaccharides of cactus cladode consist of rhamnose,fructose,galactose,xylose,arabinose,mannose and uronic acids.The glycoside linkages are in the forms of(1→2),(1→3),(1→4)and(1→6).It has good abilities of anticancer,antioxidation,age-retarding,reduction of blood glucose and immunomodulation.The technological problems in the field are low recovery and purity by hot water extraction.This extraction will also affect the study of structural analysis and bioactivity identification.
