从硫酸长春碱合成抗癌药酒石酸长春瑞宾，总收率１５．３％。关键步骤氯化反应和缩环反应均对原文献作了相应的改进。
Antitumor drug vinorelbine tartrate was synthesised from vinblastine sulfate in 15.3% overall yield.The key steps of chlorination and ring contraction were improved to meet the requirements of manufacture.
