２１世纪即将来临，社会变革推动了护理事业的发展，随着护理模式的改变，护理服务范围的拓宽，以及各种先进设备的应用，医院护理管理将采用微机管理，并从经验型的单纯技术管理向运用科学理论进行管理，激励护理人员的工作积极性，提高管理效能，按病人实际所得护理效果来衡量护理质量。
