摘要
目的：探讨药物流产失败的影响因素。方法：对138例药物流产孕妇的情况进行统计分析。结果：130例流产孕妇中药物流产失败11例，失败率为8．11％。年龄≥35岁者药物流产失败率为14．80％。有剖宫产史者药物流产失败率明显高于自然分娩史者。流产次数的增多，药物流产的失败率增高。结论：药物流产失败的因素较复杂，同时难以完全避免，尽量减少因药物流产失败，给患者带来的困扰和不良反应。
Objective：To explore the medical abortion failure factors. Methods： 138 cases of medical abortion of pregnant women were analyzed. Results： 130 cases of abortion in pregnant women in 11 cases of failed medical abortion failure rate were 8.11%. Age 35 years old medical abortion failure rate was 14.80%. A history of cesarean section was significantly higher than the failure rate of abortion history of natural childbirth. Increase in the number of abortion, medical abortion failure rate increased. Conclusion：The failure of medical abortion more complicated factors, while difficult to completely avoid, minimize medical abortion {ailed, to bring the distress of patients and adverse reactions.
