摘要
介绍了彩色PDP荧光粉的发展现状,总结出目前应用比较广泛的彩色PDP荧光粉中,存在红色荧光粉((Y,Gd)BO3∶Eu3+)色纯度不高、蓝色荧光粉(BaMgAl10O17∶Eu2+)的热稳定性差、绿色荧光粉(Zn2SiO4∶Mn2+)的余辉时间偏长等缺点。通过对高温固相法、溶胶-凝胶法、燃烧法、共沉淀法、微波热效应法、水热法、喷雾热解法、激光加热基座法等彩色PDP荧光粉的制备方法及各方法的优缺点的探讨,提出了相应的改进策略,并探讨了将纳米技术应用在荧光粉制备过程中的发展前景。
Based on the performances of the present phosphors for color plasma display panels(PDP),it is showed that the low color purity of red-emitting phosphor((Y,Gd)BO3∶Eu^3+),the inferior thermal stability of blue-emitting phosphor(BaMgAl10O17∶Eu^2+) and the longer persistence of green-emitting phosphor(Zn2SiO4:Mn^2+)are the most important defects.Preparation methods for PDP phosphors such as solid state reaction at a high temperature,sol-gel method,combustion synthesis method,co-precipitation method,microwave heating synthesis,hydro thermal method,spray hydrolysis and LHPG method have been discussed,and improvement measures are proposed.Future development of using nanotechnology in preparation of phosphors is prospected.
