摘要
分析两轴高精度定位平台系统的机械本体及控制系统的特点,采用软硬限位相结合的方式解决定位平台限位问题,通过磁性感应簧片和双重触发技术实现回零,采用全闭环控制保证定位精度;同时在分析控制系统的基础上,设计人机操作界面。
The characteristics of machine body and control system of two-axis high precision positioning platform system were ana- lyzed. The method combined soft spacing and hard spacing was adopted to solve the spacing of positioning system. Magnetic induction reed and dual triggered technology were used to realize zero-resetting. Close-loop control system was adopted to assure the positioning accuracy. Human-machine interface (HMI) was designed based on the analysis of the control system.
