Development of Vehicle Weighing System Based on PXA255

摘要 针对车辆称重系统以及治理超载现象的现状,提出一种新的车载称重解决方案。阐述系统的总体设计规划,介绍系统关键部分的软硬件解决方案及其设计流程,并对CAN总线模块扩展和Windows CE的内核定制进行详细阐述。试验结果表明:采用INTEL PXA255处理器及Windows CE系统设计的车载称重系统操作简单、可靠,可扩展性好,可远程监控及智能化管理。 A new solution of vehicle weighing system was introduced aim at the actuality governance of over-limit. The vehicle weighing system based on ARM PXA255 and Windows CE is easy and reliable to operate and it has the functions of better expansibili- ty, remote supervision and control and intelligent management. The project design was elaborated. The solution and design flow of mainly hardware and software were introduced. The design of CAN bus module, kernel customization of Windows CE were elaborated. The test data demonstrate the reliability of the system.
