摘要
在比较各种方案的基础上,提出电液比例综合实验装置的设计方案,将3个方面的性能测试方案较好地整合到一起,选择流量作为稳态性能的测量信号,将液压缸的位移作为动态性能和位置控制性能的测量信号,实现电液比例方向阀的稳、动态性能和位置控制的测试。该试验装置操作方便,测试精度较高。
A design scheme of integrated testing equipment of electro-hydraulic proportional directional valve was presented which integrated the test schemes of three aspects well. Flow signal was chosen for steady state performance test, displacement signal was chosen for both dynamic state performance test and position control test. It was easy to operate the equipment to test the steady and dy- namic state performance and position control performance of electro-hydraulic proportional directional valve while a high testing accura- cy was got.
