摘要
以科威特常压渣油(AR)为原料,渣油催化裂化装置的轻循环油(LCO)作为高芳香性添加剂,考察了H2S以及H2S联合高芳香性添加剂对Al2O3和NiMoS/Al2O3催化剂上渣油加氢脱金属反应的影响。结果表明,H2S通过3个途径明显促进了渣油加氢脱金属反应,即:(1)供氢;(2)与金属卟啉化合物中的金属原子配位,使得金属——氮键易于裂解,降低金属卟啉化合物分子的稳定性;(3)促进硫化态催化剂表面硫空位可逆地转化成饱和位。在低金属脱除率的情况下,这种促进作用表现明显;在高金属脱除率的情况下,由于剩余的金属化合物基本交联在沥青质中,难以脱除,这种促进作用表现有限。
With Kuwait atmosphere residue as the raw material and LCO from FCC of residue as the high aromatic additive,the effects of H2S and the combination of H2S and high aromatic additive on residue hydrodemetallization(RHDM) over Al2O3 or NiMoS/Al2O3 catalyst,were investigated.The results indicated that H2S obviously improved the performance of RHDM in three ways,namely:(1) donating hydrogen;(2) coordinating with metal atoms in metal porphyrins,resulting in easy pyrolysis of metal——nitrogen bonds and metal porphyrin molecules unstable;(3) enhancing the reversible conversion between sulfier vacancy sites and saturated sites on the surface of NiMoS/Al2O3 catalyst.The improvement of H2S for RHDM was evident at low removal rate of metals and limited at high removal rate of metals.
