摘要
介绍了A/O-MBBR工艺对制革废水的进一步处理,考察了废水的有机物处理效果及氨氮(NH3-N)的处理效果。实验结果表明,当填料填充比例为60%时,有机物的处理效果:随着水力停留时间(HRT)的延长,COD去除率增加,当HRT达12 h时COD去除率达到92%;在HRT为12h时,随着进水COD质量浓度增加,COD去除率增加,在400 mg.L-1时达到95%,之后随COD质量浓度的继续增大其去除率有所下降。氨氮的处理效果:随着HRT的逐渐增大,氨氮质量浓度不断降低,在HRT为12 h时,出水氨氮质量浓度小于1.5 mg.L-1;氨氮去除率随进水COD质量浓度变大呈上升趋势,COD质量浓度在400 mg.L-1时氨氮去除率达到98%。
This paper introduced the A/O-MBBR process on tannery waste water for further processing, examined the effect of wastewater organic matter and ammonia nitrogen treatment effect. The results show that when the filler filling ratio is 60%, the treatment effect of organic matter improves with the HRT extension. When the HRT is up to 12 h, COD removal rate reaches 92% ; and when the HRT is 12 h, with the increase of influent COD concentration, COD removal rate increases, 95% at the 400 mg .L^-1, later the removal rate decreases when COD concentration continues to increase. The effects of ammonia treatment are that ammonia nitrogen concentration decreases with the extension of HRT; when the HRT is 12 h, the effluent ammonia concentration 〈1.5 mg. L^-1 ;NH3-N removal rate rises with the influent COD getting larger; when COD concentration is 400 mg.L^-1 it can reach 98%
