为顺应社会发展对人力资源管理专业人才的需求,培养多层次、高质量的人力资源管理专业人才,需要从胜任素质模型的角度分析、考察各层次人力资源管理专业人才的素质、能力差异,并采用相应的人才培养方法。
Social development needs more trained multi-level,high-quality human resource management professionals.Because there have different level of human resource management professionals in quality and ability basing on the competency model,they need different training with the corresponding method.
