针对大型炼化一体化工程DCS大型化、集成化、智能化的主要特点,为消除DCS的安全隐患,规范DCS网络的设计、管理和维护,介绍了大型炼化一体化工程的特点、DCS的现状及发展趋势、DCS的主要安全威胁,并结合主流DCS产品的最新技术阐明了在新形势下如何保障大型DCS在其生命周期过程中的网络安全策略。大型炼化一体化工程DCS应充分重视网络安全,深入研究安全隐患,合理制定安全策略,用全局的观念进行DCS的设计和管理,使DCS真正发挥其强大功能,为现代化大型炼化一体化工厂的生产、管理和维护提供安全可靠的保证。
Regarding the main characteristics of the large, integrated, intelligent DCS in the large-scale refinery and petrochemical integrated plant, in order to eliminate the potential network safety threats and to standardize the DCS network design, management and maintenance, the characters of the large- scale refinery and petrochemical integrated project, DCS applications and future developments, main safety threats of DCS is introduced. Meanwhile, the life-cycle network security strategies for large DCS is illustrated, incorporating the latest technology of main DCS products. The network safety of DCS should be paid attention, the safety strategy should be studied carefully, safety policy should be made. Let the DCS provide reliable safeguard for production, management and maintenance.
