摘要
采用双滴定法,分别以氯化镁和氯化铝、硝酸镁和硝酸铝、硫酸镁和硫酸铝为原料合成了镁铝水滑石.用XRD、SEM和FT-IR对样品的晶体结构、形貌和红外特征进行了表征.结果表明:采用上述几组原料均能合成出具有典型水滑石结构的样品,其中以氯化镁和氯化铝为原料合成的水滑石样品晶体结构较好,形貌规整、均一;以硫酸镁和硫酸铝为原料制备的水滑石,存在edge-face效应,XRD和IR分析显示,该样品的晶体表面吸附有SO42-.
The preparation of Mg-A1-CO3 hydrotalcite were studied with MgCl2 · 6H2O and AlCl3 · 6H2O,Mg(NO3)2·6H2O and Al(NO3)3·9H2O,Al2(SO4)3 · 18H2O and MgSO4 · 7H2O by bi-titration. The synthesized samples were characterized by XRD,SEM and FT-IR. The results show that the typical Mg-A1-CO3 hydrotalcite with high crystallinity can be prepared with those material,and the product that was synthesized by MgCl2 · 6H2O and AlCl3· 6H2O has the best crystal structure and morphology; there exits edge-face effect in the compound that was prepared with Al2 (SO4)3 · 18H2O and MgSO4 ·7H2O,XRD and IR indicates that the SO4^2- in this sample are neither in free state, nor in the insertion layer.
