摘要
在散打运动中,力量素质是决定胜负的关键。本文从生理角度为力量训练提供科学依据;从运动训练的角度为如何安排负荷强度、负荷量、间歇时间、训练方法等进行了论述,又通过表格的形式把力量训练计划直观地表现出来,使广大教练员、运动员等明白易懂从中收益。
In Sanda movement, strength quality is the key to victory. This article provides the scientific basis from the physiological angle for the strength training and discusses how to arrange load intensity, load, intermittent time, training methods from the perspective of exercise training. And it also adopts the form of the table to demonstrate the strength training program intuitively, so that the coaches, athletes will benefit and understand from it.
