高熔点金属电弧喷涂快速制模涂层温度场分析 被引量:1

Analysis on the temperature field of refractory metal arc-sprayed coating

摘要 借助Ansys软件平台,利用生死单元法对电弧喷涂涂层形成过程中温度的变化进行数值模拟研究,从扫描间距、扫描速度和扫描路径3个方面阐述了其对整体涂层温度场的影响,揭示了温度对应力影响的实质,最后用实验验证了扫描路径对得到大厚度涂层的重要作用。 A numerical simulation study on the temperature change in the deposition process of the arc spraying coating was made based on Ansys software platform and element birth and death method.In particular,the influence of the temperature change on the temperature field of the whole coating was discussed from aspects of scanning interval,scanning speed and scanning path.The essence of the effect of temperature on stress was revealed and the important role of scanning path in getting large thickness of coating was verified by experiment.
