摘要
唐宋茶道,萌芽于魏晋六朝,成于唐中叶,盛于宋代。在鉴茶、选水、赏器、取火、炙茶、碾末、烧水、煎茶、酌茶、品饮等方面,唐宋时期逐渐形成和建立了一系列的程序、礼法、规则。唐宋时期,茶道大行,究其原因,社会经济条件是其物质基础,茶之药用价值的进一步发现及养生理念促进了茶道嬗变,唐宋文人的品格特征引导茶道发展,饮食文化的贵族化特征使茶道趋于精致。在这些因素相互交织的影响下,唐宋大行茶道的出现绝非历史的偶然。
Sado began in the Wei and Jin Dynasties,formed in the middle Tang Dynasty,and was popular in the Song Dynasty.A series of procedures,etiquette,and rules were formed and established gradually in the Tang Dynasty and the Song Dynasty.The social and economic conditions were the material foundation for the popularity of sado in the Tang Dynasty and the Song Dynasty.Further research on its medical functions and health preserving philosophy promoted its evolution.Literati's moral character characteristics guided its development,and the aristocratic characteristics of diet culture made it delicate.For these reasons,it is inevitable that sado was popular in the Tang Dynasty and the Song Dynasty.
