摘要
目的:建立瘀痛灵胶囊的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对血竭、三七、当归进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定血竭素的含量。结果:定性鉴别特征斑点明显,阴性对照无干扰。血竭素高氯酸盐在0.252～1.260μg内线性关系良好(r=0.999 4),平均回收率为98.72%,RSD 1.65%。结论:该方法简便可行,可用于瘀痛灵胶囊的质量控制。
Objective：To establish the quality control method for Yutongling Capsules.Method：Sanguis draconis,Radix Notoginseng,Radix Angelicae Sinensis in Yutongling Capsules were identified by TLC.Dracorhodin was determined by HPLC.Result：The characteristic identification by TLC was distinct and specific.Dracorhodin was linear in the range of 0.252 ～ 1.260 μg（（r = 0.999 4）,with a average recovery of 98.72%（RSD 1.65%）.Conclusion：This method can be used to control the quality of Yutongling Capsules.
