摘要
解决回火问题是完全预混式多孔陶瓷板燃气红外灶推广应用的关键。对红外灶的回火问题进行了理论与实验研究，得出了坐锅状态下的回火极限，并探讨了导致灶具回火的各方面原因。
The solution of flash back is important to the application of gas infrared ceramic cooker. The paper is mainly concerning about the experiment and theory of flash back. The flash back limitation has been attained when the pot is putting on the cooker and the respective factor has been discussed.
