摘要
目的:探讨乳杆菌活菌制剂联合氧氟沙星治疗老年性阴道炎的效果和安全性。方法:将100例老年性阴道炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组采用乳杆菌活菌制剂联合氧氟沙星治疗,对照组采用氧氟沙星治疗,7天为一个疗程,共行4个疗程治疗;比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:观察组治愈率为60.00%,有效率为92.00%,对照组治愈率为30.00%,有效率为70.00%,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论:应用乳杆菌活菌制剂联合氧氟沙星治疗老年性阴道炎临床疗效好,无严重并发症,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of live laetobacillus preparation combined with ofloxacin on patients with senile vaginitis. Methods ：100 patients with senile vaginitis were divided randomly into the investigation group （50 cases） and the control group （50 cases）. The former took the live lactobacillus preparation combined with ofloxacin,the latter took the ofloxacin,7 days for 1 course of treatment,treatment of the three courses. Compared and observed the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups. Results：The clinical cure rate was 60% and total effective rate was 92% in the investigation group, the clinical cure rate was 30% and total effective rate was 70% in the control group, there were statistically significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; with no serious complications. Conclusions： Application of live lactobacillus preparation combined with ofloxacin of treatment of senile vaginitis is effective, with no serious complications, and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
