摘要
采用问卷调查法,对组织情景中逢迎行为的结构进行检验,并探讨印象整饰、心理控制源对组织逢迎行为的影响。结果表明:组织逢迎行为包括观点遵从、恭维他人、施惠对方三个维度。组织逢迎行为各因子的变异很大程度上可由印象整饰与心理控制源解释;印象整饰对逢迎行为有正向作用,而心理控制源各因子对组织逢迎行为的影响机制较为复杂。
This study explored the effects of impression management and locus of control on ingratiation behavior in organizational settings with questionnaires. The result indicated that ingratiation behavior included 3 factors: opinion conformity, compliment of other people, and favor rendering. SEM was applied to testing the effects of impression management and locus of control on ingratiation behavior. The model suggested that impression management played a positively predictive roles in ingratiation behavior, but there were complicated relationships between locus of control and ingratiation behavior.
