摘要
目的观察板层角膜移植术治疗真菌性角膜溃疡穿孔的临床疗效。方法对20例(20只眼)真菌性角膜溃疡穿孔患者,12只眼应用甘油冷冻保存的角膜进行板层角膜移植术,8只眼进行结膜瓣遮盖术。结果板层角膜移植术组疗效明显优于结膜瓣遮盖组,12只眼角膜穿孔均得到控制。结论在没有新鲜角膜材料的情况下,应用冷冻的角膜对真菌性角膜溃疡穿孔的患者做板层角膜移植术有一定的临床价值。
Objective To evaluale the therepeutic effects of lameller keratoplasty（LKP）in treatmentof funpal corneal ulcer bore.Methods 20 eyes of 20 cases of funpal corneal ulcer bore with 12 cases cryopreserved corneas of LKP and 8 cases conjunctival flap cover（CFC）conduct contrast.Results The effects of LKP clear superior CFC.12cases of LKP,corneal ulcer bore are dominated and cast off blind.Conclusion In no fresh corneas material situation,cryopreserved corneas to fangal corneal ulcer bore do LKP have definite the fherepeufic effects.
