摘要
以转Bt(Bacilusthuringiensis)基因棉品系R93-4为试验材料,以常规棉品种中棉所12为对照,研究了转Bt基因棉对棉铃虫生长发育与繁殖的影响。结果表明:1~4龄棉铃虫幼虫连续取食转基因棉最终不能存活,5龄和6龄幼虫的存活率分别为379%~856%和634%~965%;5龄棉铃虫幼虫取食转基因棉后,体重和蛹重分别减轻187%~572%和35%~362%,化蛹率和羽化率分别降低482%~875%和667%~100%,产卵量和卵孵化率分别降低501%~697%和806%~878%;取食转基因棉的花粉后。
During 1996—1997, the effects of the transgenic Bt cotton on the growth and development and reproduction were studied using transgenic R93-4 and CCRI 12. The results showed that Bt cotton effected the development and reproduction of cotton bollworm obviously, such as feeding the Bt cotton continuously, all the first to fourth instar larvae could not live, the weight of the fifth instar larvae decreased by 18.7%~57 2%, the ratio of pupating decreased by 48.2%~87.5%, the weight of pupae decreased by 3.5%~36.2%, the ratio of emerging decreased by 66.7%~100%, the number of eggs decreased by 50.1%~69.7%, the ratio of hatching decreased by 80.6%~87.8%, compared with the conventional cotton. Feeding the moths with the fower of Bt cotton, the number of eggs and the hatching rate decreased by 59.8% and 72.1% respectively.
