摘要
基层医院由于设备条件、技术力量等多种原因导致超声检查的局限性,因此应当加强与孕妇之间的沟通工作、履行知情告知义务,让孕妇有转诊、择取产前诊断技术服务资格的医疗机构检查的机会,尽可能地避免误诊、漏诊。
The limitations of ultrasonography in primary hospital are due to equipment conditions, technical strength and many other reasons. So it is ought to strengthen communication between pregnant women and primary hospital, perform obligation of notification, make informed choices referable, make sure that pregnant women obtain technology services of prenatal diagnosis from different qualified medical institutions to avoid possibility of misdiagnosis as much as possible.
