废弃粘土砖制备新型硅酸盐砌块 被引量:1

Preparation of Anovel Silicate Walling Material by Using Demolished Clay Blocks

摘要 以废弃粘土砖为基本原材料,经过粉磨、煅烧后,利用其胶凝特性部分替代硅酸盐水泥制备新型墙体材料,并采用发泡聚苯颗粒(EPS颗粒)作为填充骨料提高砌块的保温隔热能力,减轻自重。研究结果表明:利用废弃粘土砖制备得到新型硅酸盐砌块,不仅可以大幅降低材料生产成本,而且对环境保护有重要意义。 A type of novel silicate-based walling material was developed which uses demolished clay blocks as the raw material.The blocks were crushed,ground and calcined,activating the minerals in the clay.Expanded polystyrene(EPS) particles were added into the material as aggregate to improve the thermal insulation capacity and to reduce its weight.The experimental results show that the newly developed material can reduce the cost of the walling material,and prevent the dumping of the waste clay blocks,which helps the environmental protection.
