摘要
[目的]了解居民死亡水平及主要死因，为制定卫生政策、卫生规划提供科学依据。[方法]对2006年广州市越秀区居民死亡资料进行分析。[结果]2006年越秀区居民死亡率为603．94／10万。其中，男性为683．88／10万，女性为522．1／10万；不同性别死亡率均自0岁后开始随着年龄的增大而下降，至5～9岁最低，10～29岁相对平稳，35～39岁开始随年龄的增大升高较快，至85岁以上达到最高。全人群死亡率最高的前4位死因依次为循环系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、损伤和中毒外部原因；0～75岁居民全死因减寿年数（PYLL）为37514．5人年，导致寿命损失最大的前4位死因是恶性肿瘤、循环系统疾病、损伤与中毒、呼吸系统疾病。[结论]越秀区居民死亡率处于一般水平，慢性非传染性疾病是引起居民死亡的主要原因。
[Objective]To understand the level and the main causes of the residents＇death,in order to provide scientific basis for working out health policies and programs. [Methods]The death causes data of residents in Yuexiu district of Guangzhou in 2006 were analyzed. [Results] In 2006, the average mortality rate of residents in Yuexiu was 603.94/ 10^5. The average mortality rate of men was 683.88/10^5 and the average death rate of women was 522.1/10^5. The sequences of top four death causes were as follows：the circulation system disease, tumor, respiratory disease, injury and poisoning disease. The years of potential life lost of all causes of 0-75 residents were 37 514.5 person year. The mortality rate was reduced with age after 0 age,the lowest rate in 5-9 age group, 10-29 age in normal level,over 85 age in the peak. The sequences of top four causes which make the year of potential life were as follows; tumor,the circulation system disease, injury and poisoning disease,respiratory disease. [Conclusion]The mortality rate of Yuexiu district is at an average level, NCD（Noncommunicable Disease） has become the main cause of death.
