摘要
采用原位聚合法,在SIS/LPB交联橡胶基体中合成聚苯胺,形成半互穿网络结构的导电橡 胶复合体。复合物的导电性能良好,当m(TMPTA)/m(SIS)=0.5g/1.0g及m(An)/m(SIS)=0.8g/ 1.0g时,电导率可达170S/m,此时复合物的力学性能仍较好,其拉伸强度和扯断伸长率分别为 6.8MPa和85.3%。
Polyaniline was synthesized within the crosslinked SIS/LPB rubber matrix by the in-situ polymerization to form a conductive rubber composite with the structure of Send-interpentrating network. The composite has excellent conductive property. The conductivity is up to 170S/m when m(TMPTA)/m(SIS) = 0.05g/l .0g and m(An)/m(SIS) = 0. 8g/l .0g while its mechanical Properties are still good. At this point, the tensile strength and elongation are 6. 8MPa and 85. 3% respectively.
