摘要
实践教学是培养专业化学前教育教师的关键,高等师范专科学校学前教育专业应紧扣当前学前教育行业发展脉搏,建构以"教"为指引、以"学"为支撑、以"研"为提升、以"训"为落脚点的"教学研训一体化"实践教学体系,确定立体多维的培养目标,分层推进训练过程,建立校内外多层次、区域联动的实训基地,以项目带动管理,学院与行业共同培育和评价学生,最终实现学生、基地教师和学院教师的共同成长。
The major preschool education of normal college should construct a practical teaching system integrating instruction, study, research and training. Moreover the college should build a multidimensional target system and sum up a structured training method of delaminating and progressive practicing. By cooperation with training centre in and out of campus, realizing unified efforts among multi-level and regions, co-cultivating students with preschool education industry and using multiple assessment, the students, teachers of training centre and college would develop together.
