A Method for Selecting a Minimum Break Point Set (MBPS) from Multi-MBPS with the Same Cardinal Number Based on Evaluation of Node Importance

摘要 最小断点集(MBPS)是复杂环网整定配合的起点,将MBPS中的断点选在重要度较低的节点出口线路处可大大降低断点脆弱性对电网的影响。基于节点重要度估计,提出了一种选取多组同基MBPS的方法。运用复杂网络理论对MBPS计算结果所属节点进行了重要度评估,该方法以各组同基MBPS中断点所属节点的重要度之和为指标,选取其中重要度最低的一组MBPS作为整定配合的起点,有效避免了计算机随机选取的盲目性和整定人员手动选取的繁琐性。最后通过算例系统验证了算法的可行性。 The minimum break point set (MBPS) is the starting point for complex network setting coordination. Putting these break points in the MBPS into the exit lines of the less important nodes will greatly reduce the impact of breakpoint vulnerability on the grid. A method is proposed for selecting the MBPS from multi-MBPS with the same cardinal number based on the evaluation of node importance. It makes use of the complex network theory to estimate the importance of nodes which the break points of the MBPS calculation result belong to, then takes the sum of node importance of each MBPS as the measure indicator, and finally chooses the MBPS of the least importance as the starting point of setting coordination. The method effectively avoids the purposelessness of computer random selection and the complexity of setting engineer’s selection. The feasibility of the method is proved with an example of simulation.
