摘要
运用哈贝马斯的交往行为学说分析高校师生关系异化的原因,作者归结为:交往信息不对称性形成差异性的师生观念;交往方式抽象性导致"失语"的师生交流;交往目的手段化造成功利化的师生关系。由此提出了规正价值观念,以提倡师生交往本性;重视沟通对话,以促进师生相互理解;拓展交往渠道,以增进师生平等交流等回归高校师生应有关系的途径。
Based on Jurgen Habermas's theory of communicative action,an analysis is presented on the causes of alienation in the relationship between university teachers and students.The causes include concept differences as a result of asymmetrical information exchange,interaction breakdowns due to the Abstractness in communication,and utilitarian tendencies due to the artificiality in communication.In order to restore a normal relationship of equality and mutual understanding,it is recommended that teachers and students should adopt righteous values,promote constructive dialogues,and broaden communication channels.
