摘要
论文揭示了地方文化的内涵与作用,并阐述了高校图书馆与地方文化建设的关系,高校图书馆在地方文化建设中存在的问题以及如何发挥高校图书馆在地方文化建设中的作用。
The vast land,long history,colorful religious belief and miraculous and strange local color make our country contain lots and lots of to be urgently developmed local culture resources,but the local culture can only exsits in non-mainstream culture in a difficult situation and now and then drowned by powerful city culture.To keep the diversity of culture and carry forward the local culture have become one kind of responsibility and moral which the local academic libraries must face up to.
