摘要
溶胶-凝胶法制备了钨掺杂的TiO2纳米粒子,利用XRD对样品进行了表征,并以结晶紫水溶液的脱色为模型反应,研究了钨掺杂TiO2复合光催化材料作为光催化剂降解反应的活性。讨论了光催化剂的配比,光催化剂的用量,光照时间与结晶紫溶液脱色率的关系。实验结果表明:以经过500℃煅烧配比为X(WO3)=3%的WO3/TiO2复合材料为光催化剂,当催化剂用量为500 mg/L,结晶紫溶液的起始浓度20 mg/L时,光照2h,结晶紫的降解率达到96%以上。
Nano-TiO2 particles doped with varying content of wolfram were prepared by a sol-gel process and characterized and explained by XRD spectra.Being a model reaction,the photocatalytic degradation of crystal violet aqueous solution in the present of WO3/TiO2 nano-particles was investigated.The relationships between the composition of photocatalyst,amount of photocatalyst,illumination time and the decolorizing rate of crystal violet are discussed.The results show that the decolorizing rate of crystal violet can reach by using WO3/TiO2 as heterogeneous photocatalyst,with the composition of heterogeneous photocatalyst=,with amount of catalyst = 500 mg·L-1,calcined temperature = 500 ℃,starting concentration of crystal violet = 20 mg·L-1,illumination time = 2 h.
