摘要
仓储管理是供应链管理中的重要环节,仓储管理地好坏直接关系到各企业的竞争力和供应链管理的顺畅。文中提出了满足客户需求,消除各类浪费的仓储管理思想,并通过建立起科学的仓储管理主要体系,进而全面提升仓储管理的水平。
supply chain management,warehouse management is an important part,warehouse management to have a direct bearing on the competitiveness of enterprises and supply chain management and smooth. In this paper,＂to meet customer needs,elimination of all waste＂ storage management thinking,and by establishing the main system storage management science,and then fully upgrade warehouse management level.
