亚婆髻隧道施工监控量测与稳定分析 被引量:8

摘要 新奥法施工的核心思想是把隧道围岩和支护结构作为一个完整的支护体系,监控量测是新奥法施工的重要组成要素。作者以亚婆髻隧道为例,主要论述拱顶下沉、周边收敛及锚杆轴力等监控量测项目。通过对采集到的数据进行分析可以得到:围岩变形量的大小与围岩质量及开挖方式密切有关;对于分台阶开挖方式,在下台阶开挖时,围岩变形较大;软岩中,锚杆轴力沿杆长的最大值出现在靠中间点的位置。根据围岩稳定状态来确定二衬施作时机,保障了施工安全,同时也可为分析研究同类工程提供参考。 The core idea of New Austrian Tunneling Method(NATM) is to consider tunnel surrounding rock and supporting structure as a whole supporting system,and monitoring measurement is an important part of NATM.Taking Yapoji tunnel as an example,this paper mainly discusses the monitoring measurement items including vault settlement,surrounding rock convergence,bolt axial force,etc.By analyzing the collected data,some conclusions are obtained: the deformation degree of surrounding rock is closely related to the quality of rock and excavation method;for stepped-excavation method,the deformation of rock is relatively large when the lower part of surrounding rock is excavated;the maximum value of bolt axial force along bolt appears in the middle of bolt for soft rock.According to the stability state of surrounding rock,the time of second supporting is decided,safe construction is guaranteed and in addition,these useful conclusions are provided for studying similar projects.
