涤纶碱减量废水的水解酸化预处理试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 涤纶碱减量废水是污染重、处理难度大的新型纺织印染废水。采用安装固定填料、污泥不回流的水解酸化工艺对碱减量废水进行预处理,以增大其可生化性,提高后续工艺的降解效果。实验结果表明:水解酸化预处理可以显著提高碱减量废水的可生化性,当HRT为20.2h时,废水的B/C由预处理前的0.37上升到0.67;当HRT为13.5h时,废水的挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)达到最大值1.23mmol.L-1;TA在水解酸化反应器中的降解率较低(小于5%),反应器COD总去除率小于10%;反应器进水容积负荷(Uv)和去除容积负荷(Ur)没有表现出一定的相关关系,随Uv的提高,水解酸化池Ur变化很小。 Wastewater from polyester fabric alkali-peeling process has been a new type of textile printing and dyeing wastewater which is seriously polluted and difficult to treat in textile industries.The hydrolysis-acidification bioreactor with fixed carriers is used to pretreat wastewater from alkali-peeling process in order to increase its biodegradability and improve biodegradation rate for the next process.The experimental results indicated that the biodegradability of wastewater from alkali-peeling process could be enhanced obviously with the pretreatment by hydrolysis-acidification bioreactor.The B/C of wastewater increased from 0.37 to 0.67 when HRT was 20.2h,and the volatile fatty acid(VFA)of wastewater arrived at the maximal value of 1.23 mmol.L-1 when HRT was 13.5h.However,the removal rate of terephthalic acid(TA)in hydrolysis-acidification bioreactor was very low,with ηTA < 5% and ηCOD < 10%.The correlation between volume loading of influent(Uv)and volume loading of removal(Ur)was low in hydrolysis-acidification bioreactor.
