肝上皮样血管平滑肌脂肪瘤临床病理诊断 被引量：5

摘要 上皮样血管平滑肌脂肪瘤（epithelioid angiomyolipoma，EAML）是血管平滑肌脂肪瘤（angiomyolipoma，AML）的罕见亚型，主要发生于肾脏，但可偶见于肾外，如肝、肺、淋巴结、腹膜后等部位，我们近期遇到3例肝EAML，报告如下。
