摘要
用4%H2O2溶液在pH11和温度75℃条件下对蚕蛹甲壳素进行漂白,能获得理想的白度(66.5)。以8%NaOH/10%Urea为混合溶剂,冷冻溶解脱色甲壳素。结果表明:脱色甲壳素白度越高溶解度越高;冷冻温度在-20℃及以下,溶剂中水分子才能结晶并破坏甲壳素结晶结构;而且溶剂体系为NaOH/Urea水溶液时最好,添加有机相(如乙醇、丙酮、DMSO)会使甲壳素溶解率下降甚至不溶。
The bleach of chitin from silkworm pupa could gain perfect whiteness(66.5)under the condition of 4 % H2O2 aqueous solution,pH value 11 and temperature 75 ℃.Chitin was frozen and dissolved in 8 % NaOH/10 % Urea aqueous solution.The results showed that the degree of dissolution gets higher with higher whiteness,only temperature below-20 ℃ then the crystal structure of water could be formed and destroyed the structure of chitin.The best solvent system is NaOH/Urea aqueous solution,the dissolution degree of chitin would decrease to zero if the organic solvent such as ethanol,acetone and DMSO were added into the solvent.
