摘要
针对隐极同步发电机的转子偏心和转子绕组匝间短路故障,采用气隙磁导法分析故障状态的发电机气隙磁场,并计算得到与转子故障对应的畸变磁场特征量。通过相关文献数据及故障模拟机组上的轴电压实验证明,轴电压信号系畸变的磁通所感应,确立了利用轴电压信号检测转子典型故障的方法,为隐极同步发电机转子故障诊断提供了新的途径。
Aiming at non-salient pole synchronous generator's rotor eccentricity and winding inter-turn short circuit, air-gap conductance method is adopted to analyze the generator's air-gap magnetic field, and the distorted magnetic field characteristic components corresponding to rotor fault are obtained by calculation. Relevant literature data and shaft voltage experiments on fault simulation unit verify that shaft voltage signals are induced by the distorted magnetic flux. Shaft voltage signals can be used to detect rotor's typical faults, which brings out a new approach to diagnose concealed-pole synchronous generator's rotor faults.
